This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, laundry, and a great fitness center. The staff once helped me with directions, which I truly appreciated. I'm coming back for Easter.

missingWrote a review on 13 Octdifficult doorcold pool
There were annoying quirks, like the door handle sticking, making it a bit of a hassle to get into the room with my hands full. The pool was just on the chilly side and lacking a hot tub, which could have made the experience better—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Also, the shampoo didn’t really moisturize well, leaving a bit to be desired for those seeking proper amenities.

great service but minor room concerns
I appreciated the kind and attentive service, particularly from the front desk staff who helped me find lunch during my early arrival. The room was spacious, cozy, and clean, providing a restful environment during my stay.
While the overall experience was positive, I noticed some minor wear in the furnishings that could be addressed.

The location couldn't be better, just a quick drive to downtown Salem. The hotel felt modern with clean interiors. My king room was spacious and had comfortable pillows, which made for great sleep. I loved the variety at breakfast — oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit were highlights. Staff were friendly and always helpful. On the downside, there seemed to be some noise from neighboring rooms late at night, which made it hard to get restful sleep. The shower pressure was weak too. Overall, it’s a decent place, but those few details affected my experience a bit.

we stayed in a king suite, and it was so spacious and comfortable! the layout was perfect, and our bed provided one of the best nights of sleep. loved the great breakfast selections, and the staff did an amazing job replenishing everything. plus, the hotel is close to stores and restaurants, which was super convenient.
Might suggest improving the soundproofing. it was a bit noisy at times.

The staff provided exceptional service, particularly Rachel and Chris, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a delicious Manchego ratatouille, and the dining area was kept spotlessly clean. However, the property feels dated, and the bathroom mats should be replaced for better hygiene. In addition, the room layout was awkward, making it challenging for visitors to interact comfortably. Parking was frequently a hassle, especially during peak hours.
